What time does it start?

On Friday gates will be open from 5.00 pm with the first band on at 6:00 pm. On Saturday, gates will open from 11:00 am, with the first band on at 12:00 noon.

What do I need to bring?

Feel free to bring folding tables, chairs, blankets, and whatever you want to sit on. This is an outdoor open-air event. We also advise wearing sturdy shoes – not flip-flops or sandals. Bring sunglasses and sun cream too!

Can I bring a gazebo or a pull-up marquee?

Of course! However, we will ask you to put them to the side of the stages so as not to obscure the view for other festival-goers. If in doubt, just ask one of our friendly volunteers who will help you find the perfect pitch!

Is there parking?

Yes – there is limited parking available on-site at a small extra cost. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON BROMSGROVE ROAD. We have a duty to our festival neighbours and every year we aim to run the event with the minimum of disruption to them. We liaise with the relevant authorities and do our best to keep the surrounding roads traffic-free.

Cars may be left overnight, and our camper vans are charged at £10 (there are no facilities available once the clubhouse is locked up, however).

Our central Redditch location means that you can leave the car at home – come on the bus, train, or by taxi, which we would encourage everyone to do.

Is there food and drink available to buy?

YES – the festival will have plenty of street food vendors, as well as a beer tent and prosecco and gin bar. Unlike other festivals, we try and help you keep your costs down by allowing you to bring your own food and drinks – but NO glass bottles please. We would like to think you would also support our lovely traders!

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are permitted on the field – but as with any public event – if you bring your dog, they are your responsibility – please clear up after them, and if it’s hot – leave them at home in the cool!

Health & Safety

You are asked to take responsibility for your own well-being and any minors whilst on site. We have first aiders and a medical room.

What else do I need to know?

We have tins available for cigarette nub-ends – please don’t discard cigarette ends on the pitch as we then spend a whole day after the festival picking them up! Thank you.

Help us to be as “green” as possible – there are plenty of bins around the festival site. We encourage everyone to dispose of their waste and leave their surroundings tidy – again, it speeds up our time clearing the site on Sunday!

A massive “thank you” must go to Bromsgrove Commercial Waste, who support us in keeping as much waste out of landfill as we can. Please help us keep the home of GlastonBeoley rubbish-free
